The Mustang Horse
The mustang is an extremely renowned horse which is revered by many as a symbolic representation of the historic and adventurous enthusiasm of the Old wild west.
Although Mustangs are usually known as 'wild' horses, the more correct name is 'feral' horses as all free-roaming horses present in Mexico and the u.s. are descended from horses that were initially domesticated horses shipped to The usa by the spanish conquistadors.
Mostly, these early horses were of Spanish or Arabian origins, although they also had amongst them a wide variety of colors and many americans types and breeds.
A few of these brave horses escaped captivity or were taken by the indigenous peoples, and soon spread throughout the whole of america.
