The Mustang Horse
The mustang horse is a very wellknown horse and is acknowledged by many horse lovers as a living and breathing symbol of the romantic and cowboy excitement of the American wild west.
Although Mustangs are usually referred to as 'wild' horses, the more accurate phrase is 'feral' horses as almost all free-roaming horses inside The u.s. are descended from horses that were originally domestic horses carried to The u.s. by the settlers.
Almost all of these foreign horses were of European or Arabian stock, although they also included a wide variety of colors and many americans breed types.
It is believed that some of these brave horses got loose or were traded by native americans, and soon spread through the whole of america.
